  1. Interesting read as always.

    I have randomly done open eye visualisation, didn’t know it’s a working technique. I like to imagine my person with me or imagine how it would be with him in the same situation, or imagine him coming and sitting next to me like he would when we were together previously.

  2. Oh my god that thing that was missing was returned! All I did was not worry and try to stay happy- like it was so easy and it happended in such a short space if time! Thank you and now for my man!

  3. I just cant get over how sine it was and how quickly it happened., anytime I started to worry I just changed subject in my head. I thought with my man that maybe time or distance or all the resistance I had built up would affect it but I guess I should do as you say and enjoy the results! Thank Nina!

  4. I hope you will see this! I do have a question. I have the same desire as a few people who commented, I want to be back in a relationship with the guy I love. We lost contact, but I know we can be together again. I did jot down how you said to visualize holding his hand, smelling his scent, etc. I was wondering along with being grateful for having the relationship and using my senses, what else can I do to speed up the process? thank you very much for your response

    1. Dear Sav, I personally always make a strong decision that something (in this case, a relationship with the person I choose) is mine. Then, I write down the list of everything I want the relationship to be or a story of it. This is a natural choice of a manifestation tool to me which allows me to feel love for the relationship and the man I chose.
      Choose a manifestation tool you LIKE because you can only manifest your relationship if you are happy. You’re supposed to do what makes you happy in life and be filled with love. Practice heart energy, which will allow you to feel love and let go without effort. When you are filled with love, you will also notice yourself loving your person and your relationship so much that in your heart, you’ll simply be sure of having it already.
      You will create what you believe you can create. Just feel love for your choices.
      You have to ignore all outer appearances and believe that the relationship is yours already. You have to do what makes you feel good in life – you have to be happy now to receive what you desire. Do what makes you happy! If you can be happy now that the relationship is yours already, you will manifest it fast 🙂

  6. Hi, I have another question. I want to manifest the car I want and to live in an apartment. What should I visualize when going to the end? I always see myself in the bed at night in my dream apartment and also holding the keys to my car. Am I on the right track? Thanks ☺️😘

    1. You are! Your visualizations, like your reality, are only your creations so you should experience everything love about your car and apartment. However, just have fun with these visualizations and love them – you don’t have to do them perfectly or experience absolutely everything about having your new car and home. Just experience what you like. You can visualize driving, listening to music in your car, entertaining guests at home, shopping for furniture, whatever makes you happy 🙂 Feel love and gratitude for having these things, be confident they’re yours, feel grateful for everything you have in your life already and make your visualizations as real as you can – touch and smell things in your new car and apartment. Feel what it would be like to drive your car. Live your visualizations and have fun with them 🙂 My guess is that you’ll feel a rush of love.

    I love your blog & it truly inspires me so thankyou for all you do on here. 😊
    I just have a question about visualization. When visualizing, does it matter if I get into a relaxed state & see it in my mind/imagination (I find this hard to do & not as connected) or just picture everything behind my closed eyes as if I’m looking at it & turning my head to look at things & talking etc but still immerse myself in the scene? I can’t see myself just everything else.
    Does this make sense?

    1. Hi Polly! Thank you so much 🙂 I have come up with a solution and I’m pretty sure it will help you.
      Visualization should be just like real life – you are living your experiences therefore, you’re talking to another person just like in real life. You can see, hear, touch, taste and smell as much as possible. When you’re having coffee with a friend, you don’t plan the exact moments to take the cup in your hands and sip – you just do it when you want to. Approach your visualizations in the same way.
      Allow yourself to immerse yourself into visualization and then, if you turn your head while talking to another person in it, you’ll do so automatically. If you touch them, you’ll feel it, feel butterflies, hear their voice… If you’re walking with them, you will do so naturally while feeling the rush as if it were really happening. If you’re in your house, you might pick up items in your home and sit on the furniture. Thing is, when you immerse yourself, you automatically do some or all of these things but immersing yourself in the scene allows you to feel your visualization being real. However, I see that you knew that part already 🙂
      In conclusion, don’t think about what you should do – when you allow your visualization to happen while you’re in a relaxed state, you’ll automatically use your senses in it.

    That helps a lot & I’ll try just relaxing into it. I can feel & hear things ok, it’s just the seeing part of it I’m struggling with. I find it difficult to see faces.
    Everything else I seem to be ok with.
