HOW TO USE QUARANTINE TO START YOUR INNER WORK

Hello from quarantine – we’re still here but it’s okay. When I think it’s all truly okay regardless, I feel good. I feel that way because we’re still here, talking to our loved ones, pushed to relax and given the opportunity to self-reflect.

If you think about it, this is a good time to appreciate everything we have instead of thinking about the things we don’t; conveniently, this makes it a great time to practice Law of Attraction the right way.

Most importantly, this is the time to think about what we truly want. In our lives, our work, relationships and living situations. In our new directions and hobbies. In our finances and physical health.

Many times in the past, I’ve asked you to think about your desired defining personality trait. And today, we’re going to talk about reaching that goal.

Wanting to be more confident, easygoing or anything else starts with asking yourself,

“If I decided and simply acted as if I were so already, what would happen? How would I feel?”

And that’s the key. The way you would feel if you decided to be this person would prove to be amazing enough for you to prioritize it over not being that person.

Right now, you can start by adding this desired behavior to only one aspect of your life. We’re all home and not dealing with many different people and places during the day so you can give it a shot in one context. If you want the courage to speak up for yourself, try it with one person who makes you feel like you should. If you want to be more easygoing, dedicate time to yourself at home, stay away from certain topics of conversation and let other people contact you first. Accept the notion that some topics are simply too small and insignificant to even think about, let alone obsess about. Be honest with someone you feared being frank with in the past – be honest with them about one thing to start. Baby steps.

Our collective current reality is a great time to place your focus within and start with that desired inner change.

And that’s how you will have used the current circumstances of the world to your advantage – by simply doing just the perfect thing to do at this time.

My current reality is NOT ideal right now, not because of coronavirus, but other things… it’s been difficult, but I’m doing my best to stay positive, stay focused on the ideal reality and have faith in it, and go into that visualization whenever doubts or thoughts about the current reality come up. I’ve been using this extra time of no work due to coronavirus to start a manifestation routine and make the things that are important to me a priority.
