Manifestation Epidemic – Wanting to “Do” When You Should Be Letting Go

Knowing your desire is yours but not seeing it in your current reality just yet can be frustrating. At this stage of manifestation, you might be wondering what you’re supposed to be doing or simply how to distract yourself when the thought of having your desire makes you so excited that it is all you can possibly think about.

At this stage, you might be tempted to start “doing” something to make your desire manifest faster but please refrain – in this exact moment, you should simply distract yourself by doing other things, especially enjoying the things you have time for now but won’t as much once you have manifested your desire.

Every change of circumstances changes a life. With every new chapter, we have a little less time for some aspects of the previous. There are things you could be enjoying right now that you won’t have as much time or energy for once your desire is manifested so focus on them instead. In turn, they will allow you to let go of your desire entirely only to see it appear in your current reality faster than you think!

This change of focus is more beneficial than you might currently realize.

If You Think Law of Attraction is Fiction…

I used to write poetry and fiction, became a published author in my preteens and eventually, decided that I preferred writing about real life. Fiction can never be as powerful as real life, no matter how much it is based on it.

Some people have asked me whether Law of Attraction was fiction or not. Some perceive visualization and the concept of living as if to be fiction for as long as it is different from “real life.” However, current reality and visualization of an ideal one are equally real, as one’s ideal reality must be seen as real in order to manifest into the current.

If you perceive visualization and living as if as fiction, how can you ever allow it to become your current reality?

You can’t. You have to believe in the possibility of your ideal reality becoming your life in order to allow it to happen.

Believing in living your ideal reality is not as scary as you think. I know it’s easy to hesitate to imagine living your ideal life for several reasons – fear of loss, fear of success, breaking out of your comfort zone… Yes, these things sound scary but as soon as you try, fear begins to fade. If you did it just a few times, it would go away completely.

Self-Love Equals Smooth Manifestation

For days, I’ve been thinking about the single most important part of effortless manifestation. Most of us wanted to know the answer to successfully avoiding negative thoughts and stopping ourselves from engaging in doubt yet we didn’t find it until we started to feel unconditionally good about ourselves.

They don’t tell us that love is the key to LoA for nothing. Some might wonder why love is such a boost and why self-love in particular means so much in this process but when you think about it, you end up realizing that self-love leads to positivity and positivity leads to relaxation, trust and letting go. A relaxed mind boosted by loving emotions leads to attracting one’s desired life without effort.

Are You Putting Your Happiness Into the Hands of Your Desire?

Do you wish to attract a commodity, circumstance or a relationship you believe would change your entire life and bring you happiness almost magically? In your mind, is this particular desire the Holy Grail of your goals and personal fulfilment?

If that’s the case, you might find the impression of your desire being present or absent controlling your overall mood. The appearance of short-term manifestations or signs that make your ultimate desire feel real inevitably lift your spirits while negative signs or the feeling of loneliness can just as easily take over, giving you a sinking feeling. Even if you don’t want to feel the absence, you often end up feeling too weak to help yourself.

Are You Ashamed of Your Past/Present?

If you are, it might be the reason you keep getting stuck, manifesting the same situations over and over again, without knowing how to break free and manifest what you want for a change.

Is shame the manifesting block you have been trying to pinpoint and overcome? If so, you are now on your way out of the darkness.

Being ashamed of something you’ve done or experienced is just another version of feeling as if you are not good enough; it is the fear of inadequacy that makes you doubt your own worth, power or ability to make life happen. That sense of shame can be strong enough to effortlessly keep you focused on your perceived mistakes instead of enjoying the visualizations of the life you want, making you feel like you don’t deserve that life because of the embarrassment endured.

(The Idea of) Manifestation, Before and After

Do you put more time into thinking about your desire manifesting rather than living with it after it does?

The need for manifestation can be strong enough to tempt one into focusing on the manifestation part alone…but what happens after?

When one chooses to focus on the manifestation part alone, they are guided by need instead of love. True love for one’s desired life allows for seeing oneself living that life instead of just experiencing a high from a desire manifested.

When you think about receiving or living your desired reality, are you honest with yourself? Do you want to just receive your desired reality or do you want to live it every day? Do you see the difference?

Rely on Yourself and Focus on the Positive

My entire manifestation method is based on relying on my visualization, if you will. I think about what I want because it makes me happy while I make the effort to fix the parts that don’t.

When you focus on your desired reality, there will be very few parts you don’t like, if any. When you get used to seeing what you want to have and would love to do, that is the focus you will automatically go to. You will be ignoring the current reality by default and all the details in it will work themselves out. You must only get yourself used to enjoying the desired reality in your mind.
